Forged Carbon Fiber Shift Knob – Ball or Barrel Style with Thread Adapters

A forged carbon fiber shift knob with an aluminum thread insert, finished in a gloss clear coat with red, gold, blue or black flake. Choose a round ball knob or a tall barrel (cylindrical) knob.

Options

• Ball (spherical): approx. 51 mm wide × 50 mm tall. Native thread M12x1.25. Includes 3 adapter sleeves: M8x1.25, M10x1.25 and M10x1.5. Colors: red, gold, blue.
• Barrel (cylindrical): approx. 36 mm wide × 70 mm tall. M18x1.5 insert with 3 adapter sleeves for M8, M10 and M12 levers (the supplier does not list adapter pitch). Colors: red, gold, black.

Fitment

The supplier lists this knob as universal for most manual-transmission shifters without a lockout/release button. Not for automatic shifters with a release button.

Thread notes: Honda/Acura levers are M10x1.5. Subaru BRZ / Toyota 86 and WRX/STI manual levers are M12x1.25 (the ball knob threads on directly). Mazda Miata, Nissan 350Z/370Z and Mitsubishi Evo X are M10x1.25. The A91 Supra manual lever is not threaded, so this knob is not listed for it.

About the adapters: the included adapters are simple threaded sleeves (the black barrel-knob sleeves are plastic). They work, but a knob that threads directly onto your lever will feel the most solid. A dab of thread locker helps keep any adapter from loosening.
